The Associated Press - The White House wants to double exports in the coming five years, and on Thursday Commerce Secretary Gary Locke will outline how that's going to happen.
The president's National Export Initiative will target three key areas - expanding trade advocacy, improving access to credit especially for small and medium-sized businesses and rigorously enforcing international trade laws.
