Catalyzing Regional Innovation Through NCM

Entrepreneurship.org (1/26, March) – Science Progress, recently asked a number of experts to offer their thoughts on how the new Obama Administration can best catalyze regional innovation. Richard Seline and Steven Miller argue that Federal programs need to operate in a new network-like structure. Washington needs to invest resources in a way that encourages regions to build collaborations across sectors, jurisdictions, and areas of expertise.
