FY 2009 Omnibus Funding Bill: NIST Highlights
American Institute of Physics (2/25, Jones) – The FY 2009 budget for the National Institute of Standards and Technology would increase 8.4 percent, or $63.2 million in the FY 2009 Omnibus Appropriations Bill. . Passage of this bill is expected, although it is not certain it will be by March 6 when a resolution providing flat funding expires.
